Tomato Chutney

You will need:
Garlic-5 Cloves
Ginger-1"
Onion-1/2 medium
Tomato-3/4 Cup
Red Chillies-5
Coriander seeds-1/4 Tsp
Tamarind-1 Tsp
salt to taste
Tadka:
Mustard seeds-1/4 Tsp
Curry leaves-3
Urad and Channa dal-together 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil,fry all except tamarind & salt.Fry on a low heat.Allow the mixture to become mushy.Grind after cooling with tamarind,salt and two stings of coriander leaves.
